This conviction led to the project and the realisation of a long-cherished wish: to share with you all the experience, the many observations and insights and all the knowledge about the specifics of Purchasing and the specifics of Sales, thus creating added value for you and your organisation. The objective and my promise:
To be your valuable partner and to accompany and shape change - as your Consultant, Supporter and Coach.
In today's world, adaptability in society, emotional intelligence and empathy, both private and corporate, are the success factors for the future.
About me:
Born 1978 in Fundão / Portugal, grown up in Swabia (a region in southern Germany) and since 2007 living in the Rhineland, I probably combine the characteristics of the different cultures - without understanding it as a cliché: reliable and conscientious, cosmopolitan and eloquent, not afraid of change and new, exciting contacts, but certainly also a little bit of Portuguese 'Saudade'.
I appreciate the respectful exchange with different cultures and was able to make many exciting contacts in my career, both at home and abroad. Whether to Eastern Europe, USA, India, England, up to China and Singapore, or with our direct neighbors in France, Austria, Poland, the Netherlands and Switzerland - the most diverse and always exciting personalities, with different cultures and characters, which are an enrichment and strengthen the individuality of each of us. I love travelling the world and capturing impressions in black and white. Photography has become part of my life and a passion, similar to the enthusiasm for cycling that I have been practicing since my youth.
The focus of my professional career through positions at Bosch, Marconi and many years in various senior positions at Deutsche Telekom, has been the establishment of successful partnerships from the very beginning: whether in hardware, software, managed services, consulting & contracting services, IT services or software/platform as a service solutions. In the last years, my focus has also expanded to the area of digitalization and automation of processes and the identification of support possibilities through "AI". Artificial intelligence in the different areas of the company, which not only as a chat bot reduce workload, but also help to analyze data more effectively, etc. and solutions like RPA, as a chance to automate recurring and stupid activities in the interest of the employee and to create free capacities for higher value tasks. In line with the philosophy: let's takt the robot out of the human! As Senior Partner Manager at Automation Anywhere Inc. I was responsible for Partner/Channel Sales in the DACH region and built up and expanded the network.
Difficult constellations, such as negotiating with monopolists or ensuring the competitiveness of captive IT service providers, were just as exciting a part of my tasks as the sometimes necessary representation of claims for damages and the search for amicable solutions, but also, in cases of doubt, the accompaniment of possible compensation proceedings.
Also exciting and successful, the support of young and emerging companies in their first steps in new markets and my support for their sales development of new customers and creation of added value through valuable solutions. Selling a product is easy, providing a solution that serves its purpose and even exceeds expectations is the true art and creates the basis for a long-lasting and meaningful cooperation.
Based on many years of experience and knowledge of both "fractions" - Purchasing and Sales - the conviction was also formed that the best contract does not help if the parties do not deal with each other openly and fairly and always strive to maintain and thus confirm the cooperation.
